THE GRANGE GAZETTE December 2021 Edition Seasons Greetings and best wishes for Christmas and the New Year to everyone at the Grange THE ELDERBERRIES CHRISTMAS CONCERT We look forward to the pleasure of your company from 1.45pm on Wednesday 15th December when our singing group will perform their Christmas Concert in the dining room; accompanied by Peter on harmonica and PJ on guitar. We hope you will join in and sing along with your favourite songs and carols. We would also like to congratulate PJ for raising £460 for Children in Need including £217 from the hamper donated by the Grange. Well done PJ. We look forward to supporting your future fundraising events. CINDERELLA With pantomime season well underway our amazing staff are currently being fitted with their costumes and learning their lines. The date and time of our production will be announced on the notice board and we look forward to seeing you all. Bring along your best singing voice and ‘boo’ and ‘cheer’ as loud as you can! We have a beautiful Cinderella, majestic Prince Charming, a Wicked Stepmother, two Ugly Sisters, a darling Buttons and magical Fairy Godmother. Can you guess which member of staff will be playing each character? There will be lots of fun and laughter and we hope our cast, staff and residents will have a fantastic time. Oh no you won’t….Oh yes you will! DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS We have four birthdays during December with Sheila celebrating her 90th birthday on the 9th, Brenda on Boxing Day, Doreen T on the 28th and Graham on the 30th.
